QVC App for Kindle Fire

What happened to the QVC app for the Kindle fire?  it asked me to update, I did, and then it never did the update, kept asking me to update and never opened the new app!  I removed the app from my Kindle and tried to re-install and it is no where to be found in the app store on my kindle!  Help!!!

I've been having trouble with the QVC app on my Kindle Fire for about 1 month now.  Before that I never had a problem using the app.  What is going on?
