Problem witht QVC site

I have a problem which seems to have cropped up in the last few months and I can't figure out why.

When I am at home on my Dell desktop and I want to reply to a thread on the QVC site, I'll type in my reply, and click on the "submit" button. Then, when I check to see if the comment is there, it is not. I should say that this seems to only happen when I am replying to a comment or question and quote it with my reply. The quoted comment appears in a box, but my comment does not.

When I do the same thing on my Dell at work, it goes through with no problem. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can check to correct this?
