Problem with Polk sound system customer service

We purchased a Polk system when we switched to Dish with Hopper. DISH sold it to us.  Watching one day after about six months and speaker made a loud click and sound disappeared.  Called Polk and no one available, so I left a call back number.  Never heard from them, three attempts.  I even hit the option for dealers and got someone with sound quality so bad I couldn't believe I was dealing with a sound company.  I asked for an address to send the sound bar back to and they said there was none.  I had to call DISH and have them give me instructions to unpair the speaker so I could get sound out of the TV itself.   DISH says Polk should handle this.  Eventually I will box this speaker up and send it back to DISH and hope they do something.  Polk is just unbelievable.  Avoid them at all costs, there are several good sound bars on the market.
