@dooBdoo I'm still having issues. But having been doing a lot of reading. My latest discovery is that it may be a dirty track pad. I've ordered a special screwdriver set and once that arrives, I am going to remove the track pad and give it a good cleaning. I'm really getting courageous here. At the same time I will be able to get the battery out and inspect it for buldging.
If that fails, then I'm off to the Apple Genius Bar. I've had to attach an optical mouse to even function as the track pad is barely functioning. I have experimented with some of the commands recommended on the post you gave me. They work temporarily but issue always returns. Just wanted to give you an update. I'll let you know how things turn out after I clean the track pad. Wish me luck.

Thanks for the update, @Allegheny! That's so thoughtful of you. I do wish everything could be automagically fixed... but it does sound like you're on your way. I do wish you the best of luck!

@Allegheny, I saw your comment in @meem120's thread ("Computer Help Please" - link goes to http://community.qvc.com/t5/Community-Chat/Computer-Help-Please/td-p/2590496) in Community Chat and thought it might help to refresh this thread since you referenced it.
I'd suggest everyone with problems try reading through this thread and, perhaps, try the "YesScript Blacklist" addon for Firefox to see if that helps. (Also, be sure all software is up-to-date and cookie/cache/website data is cleared regularly.)
I'm still finding Safari to be problematic. It's just not a good choice for the Q website, in my experience.
Firefox used to be the best choice (on my Mac), but the Firefox updates since v. 43 have had some very strange glitches so I think it's important for everyone to be aware of this. At the moment, I'm finding Google Chrome to work the best, although I still use Firefox too.
I'm not having problems viewing the TSV or other items on my Mac (OS X 10.11.3), using either Firefox v. 44.0.2 or Chrome 48.0.2564.116. I just don't use Safari that much on my Mac, but the current version is 9.0.3. I also can access everything with no problem on my iPad 3 and iPhone 5 with iOS 9.2.1.
Also tagging @Brittany-QVC, @Keyai, @Eva-QVC, @hennypenny, @Ainhisg. I hope this is helpful.

dooBdoo, thank you, It certainly could be that.
I haven't had any issues with any other sites since I upgraded the system.
