For the last several weeks, I have been unable to click on the TSV. My computer icon just spins and the fan comes on on my Mac Pro laptop. I tried another browser, Firefox, instead of Safari, the same thing happens. I dont have any problems with clicking on any other items on the site. I can click on it and it comes up fine. It doesnt happen on any other site. Could someone tell me what I can do? Is it my computer, the site, the browser? I'm at a loss.

I have had this problem several times, too. It seems to just be on this website so I assume it is their problem and not our computers. After a while everything gets back to normal. Good Luck.

Thanks Preds, I just couldnt figure it out. But you would think someone ar the Q woulkd make this a priority. If you cant get to the TSV, you cant buy.. I hope one of the moderators will see this and look into it. It would be very helpful

I started having the same problem before Christmas. Not only with the TSV but also newer items that the Q added to their inventory.
I thought it was because I had upgraded to El Capitan, because I didn't have an issue until after upgrading. I briefly conversed with one of the moderators and they couldn't come up with a solution but said they would pass the information on. I still feel that it is the way Q is entering the information into their system that is causing this problem.
Someone on the electronics forum suggested I download and use Firefox. I did do that. While I still use Safari as my primary browser, whenever I have a problem opening items on the Q, I go to Firefox and am able to view them.
I wish I had an answer for you. I truly feel the problem is on QVCs end.

What I find interesting is that every Sunday, this site loads slower than the rest of the week and it's not the browser I use that is at fault.

I have the same problem. I use safari. I have contacted the Q and no one has answers. For me it has been going on for months.

If changing browsers to Firefox made difference, it could be a security issue. This may sound silly, but sometimes just refreshing your screen after you are on the home page can solve a webpage problem.

At first, I just thought WOW, the site must be extremely busy. I was thinking because it was the TSV, maybe everyone was on line looking at it, so I just couldnt get through. I no longer think that is the case. It happens pretty much everyday now and I try at all diffrent times of the day and evening. I dont know what the heck they are doing but I wish they would fix it. It is uniquw to this site, It doesnt happen anywhere else.

@meem120 Sorry to hear that this has been happening. I am going to forward this to our IT Department and let them know that several posters have been experiencing this as an ongoing issue.
In the meantime, I would recommend the following:
1. Clear your browsing history including cookies
2. Make sure that your browser is the most current version
3. Reboot your device
Hopefully we'll get this resolved shortly!

I don't have a macbook, I have an imac but when was the last time you restarted your computer?
