Printing help needed, please

I'd like to print a coupon Kohl's sent me in an email. I don't want to print the whole page as it contains extra text and ads that use up lots of ink. I just want to print the coupon which contains a bar code. I tried copying to Notepad but the barcode doesn't appear. Any ideas?

I don't print very often so I'm a little rusty. I can get to Print Preview but I'm stuck there. I have Windows Vista Home Premium and an Epson Stylus printer. I've done this in the past but now I don't remember the procedure. I used to have a site that would alter and edit any page to prepare it for print but now I can't find it. I hope I am making sense here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
