It seems the destination of what I'm printing is going to the default setting pdf.  My network name is listed under more, but when I click on it it goes back to pdf.

@Jordan2

The drop down from Destination should show you the name of your printer, pdf and other file locations. Do you not see your printer listed there? If you don't see it there then you need to add the printer to your CB, reboot and that should update the printer drivers.

When I bought my current router, I did the same thing your tech did.  I change the name to my previous router and security number or password so I didn't need to reconnect all of my devices.  I've done this more than once and it works great with one exception which was the printer.  I had to reinstall it or add a printer on my computer and I'm not sure why.

@Jordan2

That link I provided upthread shows how to add or remove a printer to/from your CB.  Did you not read it?

Click on the video and it shows you how to add a printer. Very easy to watch how to do that.

I just thought I would tell you all (I know you've all been on pins and needles), I finally figured it out and am happily printing away!
