I have a Chromebook, I was able to print no problem. I had Verizon hook up my internet, TV, and phone. I got a new router, the tech gave it the same network name and password as my old one. My devices are recognizing the router, but I can't seem to print anything. I did the wizard setup, printer says it's connected to the network and is online. I'm not a techie, I don't know why I can't print, I don't know what to do. Please someone, HELP ME!

@Jordan2   Did you tap on the video tutorial?  If so, which part of the video you can't figure out?

Or which part of the printed out tutorial you can't figure out?

@Mz iMac  I tried adding my chrome book again manually, it didn't work. I have unplugged the router and printer each, then plugged them back in, nothing.

@Jordan2   What about the rest of the troubleshooting instructions?  Did you do them all & confirmed/double checked what was stated?  Especially this part.....

"Connect your Chromebook to the same network as your printer. "

Have you tried to add a printer on your computer?

@glb613

I was going to suggest the same.

Remove then add the printer back onto the CB. Let it update drivers and see if that helps.

I'm going to remove the printer and start over again. I've got nothing to lose, I can't print now anyway.

Re: Printing Problem

If your printer came w/an USB cord and/or you have one laying around the house somewhere, connect your printer to your comp w/the USB cord.  Then you will be able to print to your hearts desire (as long as you have ink & updated drivers installed) until you figure out how to print wirelessly.

Oh, one more thing.  Go to the printers website & download/install the latest drivers for your model computer if needed.
