Yes, download Printer Pro Lite first, it is free. It lets you print a test page to see if it will print with your equipment. If it does you can download the full version for 6.99. It just does simple printing and the menus are easy to follow. What it doesn't allow you to do is to get into printer preferences on your printer. But for me it is what I needed.

Yep I was happy with what this app did. Just needed simple printing, and I didn't need to buy new printer..DW

I also have the HP Envy 5530 and love it. You can print wirelessly from your iPad and computer.I bought mine at Best Buy for around $90.
