QVC has good computers it is Premier who did not live up to their contract I was told they were moving several weeks ago so you deal with the nuisance going on in your computer thinking Premier will return soon, but so far its been too long to wait...

There is no notice on the their voice tree telling you any update they act like they still are in business with tech support, accept there is no key number to push LOL...

I am sure Q is having a headache over this...

I have a HP and my husband has a Toshiba Laptop both of these companies have terrific Tech support they speak English correctly and don't give you the runaround and are hard to understand like DELL techs.

This was my reply to an email received from Premier PC Support regarding my "support session" with them.
 
My problem solved? ABSOLUTELY NOT!  I was connected (on line) to a technician at 7:47 PM and waited, waited, and waited.
At 8:30 PM, I logged off the support window.  The technician never did come on to help me.  I even called on the phone, went through the prompts stating that I did not have internet access; hoping I could talk to someone "live" instead of waiting for the "technician".
At that time, I only heard, repeatedly, that I was #1 in queue for live support. After approximately 40 minutes, I hung the phone up and said "forget it"
This is the worst response in support I have ever seen. I am contacting QVC; which uses Premier Support as a selling feature for their computers, stating customers will receive life time support from Premier.
I cant imagine receiving life time support from your company; I could not even talk to a technician after waiting so so long.
I am returning my product back to QVC; they need to find a new computer support company.  Premier Support is not the one!
I am very disappointed; the life time support is one the main reasons I purchased from QVC
 
Never again!

Someone maybe able to help you with you problem, If we know what it is.
