Hello - I purchased a Dell Laptop (E225168) as the TSV in November 2014. It came with Premier PC Support. I have contacted the service several times and been disappointed in the quality of the service. The last two times, I contacted it because Explorer keeps shutting down do to malfunctioning or malicious software. After waiting approx. 15/20 minutes, the tech ran a virus software - found none and pronounced the issue resolved. It wasn't. I completed the survey and voiced my disappointment - was told someone from the service would contact me and never has. My computer still has the problem.
Is this an isolated incident with the service or have others had problems?? Please advise.

I do not know anything about PC Tech Support. Anti-virus software usually catches the large problems not small stuff. Here are somethings you can do. Run Malwarebytes and the other programs listed below a few times.
I use CCleaner to eliminate junk from my computer. You can useSuperAntiSpyware to remove tracking cookies. I use the free version of these programs.
When your computer is running better,and the scans are clean. If you do not have a second browser find Google Chrome.
