Pop Up I get?

I have been getting this lately. I just had a new hard drive put in my 3 1/2 year old desk top computer(posted about that before). I just click it off and continue, doesn't seem to do anything?

this is the message I get:

exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

Problem loading HPSF config file

what is this and is it a real problem?

between this and my mouse doing and going wherever it wants(wireless, 6 months old) and having to get a new hard drive, what's next?
