Piriform Ccleaner

I had to perform a reformat and recovery on our desktop pc the other day. After all was said and done and a gazillion windows updates I ran Ccleaner and it gave me a long laundry list of registry errors. I really wanted to clean each and every one of them out but I'm actually afraid to. If I only knew what some of them meant I would have done it in a heartbeat. I'm happy to get any info I can. I was thinking of contacting HP to see what they have to say on the topic. What do you think? Thanks, all{#emotions_dlg.scared}
