love my BOSE and the oldest ones are about 18+ years old now.

i have a few and all are still working.....no issues with the CD players either.

i would absolutely purchase them again if i needed one, especially at that price. the sound quality is excellent. i also have an amazon alexa device attached to one of them.

@sunshine45    My original intention was to pair the Bose with my Echo using that special device, which I also got.  Then my Echo quit working so that never happened.  I absolutely can't stand the choices we have in radio nowdays.  We have one high classical music station, which is okay except I get tired if a steady diet of it, and the rest is trash.  Even our NPR station is all Spanish music.

I guess I need to buy myself a new Echo or Dot.  I subscribe to Amazon Music so can get virtually anything ever recorded.

I have 2 Bose, and I love them.  With a cheap connector you can play things from your phone thru your bose,  I use it for my Pandora station and it sounds great.

@JoyFilled Warrior , my Bose Wave Radio is working well also.  It is at least 20 years old.  My new favorite Bluetooth speaker is a small Sony I bought at Costco.  Great sound from a small speaker.  I move it all around the house with me.  Lately I a, using it to listen to podcasts while I quilt.  LM
