ParetoLogic PC Health Advisor?

Has anyone used this. I downloaded and installed it and it scanned my computer indicating some problems. Then it said to register it to get a key. I don't exactly know what "register to get a key" means. Don't remember registering my information on other installs. Is this a free product? Went to it through Microsoft.

I can't do a system restore. The scan that ran on the above said I had some problems in my registery. Any suggestions?
