I just returned two Panimage tablets for defects in product design and

their inability to secure and hold a wifi signal. After over two hours of

frustrating attempts to get this product working, I gave up and returned

both of them.

I am very, very disappointed in QVC - a mainstay of our online ordering for

years. It seems the product research team needs an upgrade. How could they have possibly recommended this product for sale on your program. Right out of the box, it was a disappointment. No wifi access; frequent freezes and crashes; the stylus was useless, and for the price, I could have purchased a Nook or Kindle, or any number of brand name tablet devices. Shame on QVC for even considering this defective product as an item to foist upon its customers. No matter how cheaply a product is priced, it is no bargain if

it does not work!
