Panasonic Plasma

Looking into purchasing a Panasonic Plasma...QVC has two 60 inch models listed with two different order numbers E256845 & E254471 but both have the same model number Viera TC-P60S30 yet one is priced $240.00 higher than the other. The description reads the same for both but this makes no sense at all. I have spoken with four people at QVC and one with Panasonic and nobody has an answer. I was thinking that one was listed with the wrong model number and description and hoping that the higher priced unit is the model I'm looking at buying. Hate to order it and find that it's not what I wanted but just can't seem to get an answer to something that does not add up. Tried asking for tech support and a supervisor but still received no help. Not getting a very good feeling about purchasing from a place with such limited knowledge.
