I updated my iPad Air2 to IOS8.3 Big HUGE mistake. IPhoto editing capabilities are GONE😔

I used the "swipe" feature regularly to fix pictures. What a beautiful job it did on skin tones!

Do either of you know of an editing app compatible with IOS 8 that does this?

Oh -- and since you say you are looking for apps to edit photos on the iPad, have you tried Snapseed?  Awesomeness and I believe it is free now.

Glad you did.  I don't use apps or have anything 'i' except for my iPod. 

I'm just a total amateur photog and, knowing that Donna is a pro, I figured she could help you more.

I use PSE for my photo editing but it's not free and I don't even know if it is compatible with the mobile 'i' products. 

Want to see some babies?  I took this pic on Saturday.  Took about half a dozen pics of this quail family and the only one that came out halfway decent was this shot of 3 of the babies - so cute!  Little walnut babies.

Thanks, Loves!   Not too bad considering I was shooting through a window, way out on the zoom without tripod, and with too little light.  I wish more of them came out decently.  Oh well, maybe next time.     I watch the birdies every day and take a lot of pics.

I hope it's going well with your photo project and you've found the right thing for it.
