Paging ALTECHNET re Tablets

ALTECHNET, I am wondering since you are quite experienced with Tablets, what your opinion of the Transformer Prime is ? It has a tegra 3 processor and I do not know if it is worth getting it or waiting for some other tablet later in the year.
