Placed an order for a PS5 on 11/29 with an EDD of 12/8.  12/8 is almost here and it still has not shipped. Chatted with customer service and they could not give any info.  Anyone have the same issue?  Did you actually get your order?  This is my daughter's big Christmas surprise... nervous  The item shows in stock right now... but mine still hasn't shipped!

Try sending a message to customer care to see if they can help you narrow this down. They should be able to give you some sort of information. It's unacceptable to not have an answer.

@SueH1952    The first word in EDD is "estimated".  It is not a firm delivery date.  Most likely CS won't be able to give you a date either as they see the same thing you see.  QVC will send you an email when it ships.

Which one did you order?

@SueH1952  My remembrance is that these ship from the vendor.  To doublecheck I'd send an email to the social team w/your order # & see if they can help w/the status.

This is a common issue with video game console orders through the home shopping channels. They seem to over-promise and under-deliver. The Playstation 5 still has supply issues, and they tend to sell out as quickly as they arrive at retailers. God willing, you'll get it before the holidays, but having been here for many years, I wouldn't count on it. Orders sometimes end up getting canceled by the shopping channels.

Amazon is selling the PS5 consoles by invitation only and Gamestop has a limited supply. They will release some here and there but when they get them in stock, they sell them quickly. My local Walmart doesn't even put them out on display when they get them in stock. They keep them in cages behind the electronics department. If you ask, they might have one or be able to tell you when one arrives. Good luck!

Yeah, you certainly don't save money by buying game console bundles through the home shopping channels. (Or anyone else for that matter.) But it's often the only way to get one that's in short supply.
