Thursday night I had a problem with my pc and called Dell. Most of you who have a Dell know that I was on the phone for four hours. Of course I did not get a way without pulling out my credit card.....

Here's my problem: I now cannot get into my iTunes library, the text coming up says that I used a newer version of Quicktime. I have the older one on my desktop.

Question is where can I find the newer version of Quicktime. Do I go back to Apple or do I have to call them..

Any help will be really appreciated. I cannot cope with Dell.....
