Wow? It's another first time poster complaining about QVC. It's something we see here every year and 99% never come back to post a followup or are every seen again. It's simply common sense to call or e-mail the company when having problems and that's what most people do. I have no idea why anyone with a legit complaint would not do that.
Another wow would be why this bothers you so much.

Good luck to you @Alan15... This seems to be a somewhat common mantra this year... Order under review, please call and no one answers or timely returns the call... I think that EDD can probably go out the window... What I don't get is if a card has already been charged, why the need for a protracted review after the fact... Seems like they really stepped in it this year... There have ostensibly (of course, who really knows...) been at least several legitimate customers encountering a non-responsive system this year and I believe the OP said he couldn't get in touch with anyone... It appears those getting this message are told to call 'Finance' not CS...
