Has anybody ordered the new Google Home Hub and received it yet? I ordered a pair over two weeks ago on Dec 7th, 2018 and have not received it yet (My order says "still processing"). Apparently these are being dropped shipped from Google so it looks like it may be a Google problem. But the when I chat with reps they are very nice, but they seem powerless to get Google to respond and get the order moving.

Thanks for the info. I have contacted them several times already, I dont want to push their patience any further, so I will wait a little while before contacting them again.
I was hoping to get this before the 24th, but it doesn’t look like it will happen despite ordering weeks earlier. If anybody has ordered this and actually received it please chime in, thanks.
