Order In Process - 9 days.

So I ordered the Samsung book 6.... I placed the order 9 days ago and it still shows in process. I've contacted CS several times and they only say they apologize and it should ship soon... That was 3 days ago. I have an EDD of 12/20... And I KNOW it's just estimated but I'm very disappointed with the time. Other places would have shipped their products 48 hours after the purchase at the most. Is this normal qvc? I'm really never buying anything else from here. What's more disappointing is that I leave on the 12/22 and won't be back until next year. Smiley Sad no Christmas present for me
