Opening Saved Email Files ... HELP Please!

I have always liked to save various emails so I can refer to them again but ever since I had all my computer problems and had to reload all of my software, I cannot open any of them. I get the message that 'Windows Cannot Open File' then if I click on using the internet to help it brings me to a screen that is supposed to help me with opening .eml but I have no idea which fix or update to download. Here are my choices:

I am using Windows Live for my email program. I have a lot of saved emails that I cannot open so any help would be appreciated .... Thanks!
