Does anyone have an OLED tv?  Do you like it and would you recommend one.  Thinking of the 65 LG.  The Sony I have has some ghosting on top and would like something that I can read the Program Guide.  I'm interesed in this type since it doesn't have as much blue light coming from it.

I don't have "great" reception, even WITH wired cable...so, personally, I wouldn't spend the money.

My new TV (as of September) is a TCL QLED, their 6 series (TCL 65Q650G to be precise.). It's great. It was on sale for $348 for the 65" model. The extra money for an OLED just didn't make sense to me. OLED gives you blacker blacks and wider viewing angles, but I sit directly in front of the TV so the viewing angle didn't matter to me and the blacks are fine. The cheapest OLED 65" was twice the price of the one I bought and it's not hard to spend ten times as much ($3500) on an OLED 65" set.

You'll see some good prices for Black Friday so if you can wait a few weeks (Walmart's Black Friday pricing will start on 11/11 believe) you might be able to save quite a bit of money.

I have a LG OLED and I love it. Just got it this year. I've been a TV snob for most of my life and OLED is by far the best I've seen. Imho there's no comparison to other LED technologies. It's that good...no, it's nearly perfect!

I don't have an OLED TV, but a Samsung tablet with An AMOLED display. LG was the first company to capture this market and people enjoy their products.

I like viewing on a large screen TV, but I love watching movies on my tablet.

Enjoy your new 65" LG.

I had to settle with a QLED Samsung because of our size.  I can only get a 50".  Not over. Because of the cost. And we don't enough room.  Our TV is set in the middle of a big book case.  It's a nice TV, but not like the OLED.  A few brands make them smaller then 50".  But I wanted the Samsung.

Agree.  We have an LG OLED, too, and it is the best TV we have ever owned.  We'll never own another!
