I have IE 11 and use Google Chrome. I also have McAfee anti-virus. I am not able to edit an item I have ordered from QVC. When I click on the Edit option, I just get a blank page. I've done a "refresh", but it's still a blank page. I also am unable to change the method of payment from "check" to "Qcard" or other credit card. I've mentioned this to Customer Service, and they are able to make the change for me, but I can't do it myself on-line. Any suggestions?
