Good Morning guys!
Yesterday I purchased a toshiba satelite laptop that had two good reviews on qvc. I really needed a laptop and the price was right so i got it on the spot. Now I'm reading a few things online about it being discontinued due to hardware issues. If, godforbid, it doesnt work within the 30 day return policy, how do I go about returning it to QVC? Will a refund be issued or an exchange?
Sorry for the long winded question but I am completely new at this and am allergic to all technology.
