New iPod Touch

I have an iPod Touch and want to upgrade to the newer model. Is it worth the extra money for the bundle from QVC ($420) as opposed to getting the iPod alone for $299? I wonder if I would use everything that comes in it and what is the quality of the additional pieces you get. I guess to buy everything individually would probably cost you more but wonder if I bought just what I needed I would want better quality items than that are in this bundle. Any opinions?
