Network threat protection - traffic logs

i have never gone into this part of my computer before so i don't know if it is good or bad. I downloaded a program from Cricut (scrapbooking cut die machine) yesterday.

Looking into my log for the first time I have rows and rows of traffic. Is this good or bad? several have red "x" and say blocked. Is this normal, just the symantic working or do i have some kind of virus going on?
