Need iPhone help, please

Ok, I got my new iPhone 5s today and the SA at VZW had no idea how to change the e-mail address used on my phone.

Now, understand that I've already changed it in iTunes and in iCloud, but when I go to Settings>iCloud, it still shows my old e-mail address and I have NO idea how to change it!!

ANY help will be greatly appreciated!!!
