Need help with an HP computer please

So I have a computer (HP) that I just got a few weeks ago from the Q. I am returning it to get a laptop, found out I don't want a desktop. Anyways is there a way to do factory restore, or should I just delete all my stuff one by one?

And if I do delete my stuff one by one, how do I take off the password? I haven't figured out how to do that either.
