Can anyone help? We have a Kindle Fire HD and recently we can't get any of the QVC product video's. Any ideas why? When I click on a video, it comes up black with an arrow, but nothing happens afterwards. Thanks

It could be any number of things. Have you rebooted your Kindle lately? You may want to try that first....

Thanks Betty, I'll tell my husband to do this first. I am clueless on it, but getting better.

You're welcome and I hope that solves the problem!

Ann, I have the same problem on my Asus tablet. I have the latest version of Flash Player and have tried everything I can think of to no avail. I can view the videos on my desktop computer with no problem, but on my tablet I get nothing. It doesn't even show any times for the video length.
I've just given up and only watch videos on my desktop or laptop. Still...I wish I knew why. I can view video with my tablet on other websites, just not here.
Edited to add that I've tried several different browsers, too.

Divine, glad we are not the only one with this problem. I'll keep watching for more answers and maybe it will help you also

Plain Ann & Divine, I don't have any problem watching videos on my Tab 3. Can the two of you post a couple of item numbers that have videos that won't play? I can try them and maybe figure out if it's just a problem with the videos themselves.
Have you tried playing videos in the app?

Here are a few I tried the other night A213372 and A252254, but it is not only these, all videos on QVC. We can get live tv though. Thanks for all your help. May have to call Tech Support.

They work fine for me. I think it's because the Kindle's Silk Browser doesn't support Flash, and also you probably haven't even installed Flash.
See flashplayerkindlefire.com. If you install, be sure to click on the correct links. Don't click the green Download Now ad or the other little ads. Only the links in #2 & #3 of the actual instructions. There's a how-to video at the bottom of the page. I recommend watching it first.

Divine, have you tried Dolphin Browser, and have you enabled Flash in the browser settings?
