Hi all .....
I have a computer question for anyone who may be of help here. I'm a total computer "zero" .... I can do e-mail, use Word, but that's about it.
You know those two buttons at the very bottom of a laptop ..... they're longer (about 1") and the width is about 1/2". Well, the left one, which is used more often, has gotten very "spongy" feeling. It does not press to the depth of the right one nor make a slight clicking sound. This happened once before and I was able to use the air blower thing to blow out a (don't gross out) a clipped fingernail! ((I know, I know)) Anyhow, I don't clip my nails here anymore so I know it isn't that. I've tried to lift that button up and blow the air in there, and nothing comes out and the button doesn't change. Do these buttons come off? If I try, will I be able to get it off and then put it back on to see if there's something under there?
I know this is a rather stupid question, but what can I say ..... a total computer "zero." Thanks for any help you can provide.
