Need advice computer purchase... Looking at ....

I liked the HP Pavilllon All in One that the Q featured the other day. No wires, no tower. It seemed to have everything but I am rather suspicious of its simplicity. So I need advice. Are these as good as the PC's with towers. Do they have Microsoft Office (couldn't find the answer even after I called). Would they be good "take the place" of my 7 year old PC?

The featured item seemed to have everything... or did it.

How are fiiles from one computer to the other transfered. Just don't know what to do.
