I just got the new Kindle Fire 7inch while it was TS on the southern channel. since I was sending back the phone for my son's b-day I thought I would get him a tablet but after i ordered it he informed he didn;t want a kindle fire.

So, i am going to try it out for myself. But I am not on a wireless computer.

I have a desktop with wires everywhere. I love my wires. They make me safe. heehee.

What would be the best wi-fi router for me to get.

Wouldn't I just run the router between my computer and the Ethernet on the modem from the cable company? That way the pc would still work and I would also be able to run any other wireless devices like my son could use his laptop while he is here without disconnecting my pc to hook the Ethernet to his. This way my pc and other things like the kindle, his laptop and phones with wi-fi would all work?

It would be computer-router-modem. That should work, huh?

I think that is what my son the computer technician said.

Anyway, what would be the best router to buy for this. I would probably mostly be using my kindle. Maybe a phone.
