I have a dual monitor setup at home for work purposes. I need both horizontal and vertical screens.
One monitor died yesterday and in searching for a replacement I'm reading that not all monitors have horizontal and vertical capabilities. 😳
Bestbuy is the closest retailer to me but in reading descriptions, unless someone asks in the Q & A, there is no mention if the screens rotate 180 degrees.
Is there an easier way to know if they can be rotated?
I'm clueless!

You could probably find instruction manuals on line, but that would take you forever.
Best Buy salespeople are very knowledgeable. You might also call customer service of your preferred manufacturer and ask them which monitors have this feature.

'Vertical monitor' is what they're called.
Also called 'portrait monitor'.

Thank you, I used this search.
Bestbuy brought up 3 offerings and none at the stores closest to me.
I'll have to do more research as it looks like gaming and curved screens are the thing, now!

Dell sells them. My Dell monitor works both ways.

I went out to Amazon after posting and they have more offerings than Bestbuy.
I hesitate to purchase electronics from Amazon as I seem to get customer returns and smashed boxes. 😟

Do you have office supply stores near you since you dont want to have it shipped to you?

I live rural so even the closest Bestbuy is nearly 90 minutes away. I may just make the leasurely Sunday drive. 😄
I can have it shipped but I want to check return policy and any restocking fees.

Many, if not most retil stores, have restocking fees on electronics. The reason, they can't resell as new. They want you to pay the difference between a new item and an open box price.
