Need Help With Roku

Gardenman or anyone - We are having trouble getting Roku up on our TV screen. I'm sure we have it hooked up correctly with HDMI cable & also have a Belkin 150 Wireless Router. I know its not a faulty Roku, because we returned the first one & got a replacement & can't get it to show up on TV either. I'm thinking its because we don't have enough TV inputs for the Roku. We only have three - Video Satellite is #1, #2 for our digital & #2 is DVD. We can get more from a menu, but "no signal" shows up, so that won't work, I guess.

My explanation is probably clear as mud because we are technically challenged, but I'm thinking we will no doubt have to have a TV/Electronics guy come out & see what he can do. Our TV is a Sony Bravia, 46inch. If anyone has ideas as to what to do, I would appreciate it.
