Need Help~~Cannot Log-On to Vista: "User Profile Service Failed Log-On"

Does anyone know what this is about: I get the message: "User Profile Service Failed Log-On. User Profile Cannot be Loaded." I have Windows Vista. Right now I am using my mother's log-on. Hers works fine.

There was some sort of automatic update a couple days ago as I was shutting down, and I didn't have any problems yesterday.

I tried using a System Restore Point of 4 days ago, but it didn't work. Any ideas? Thanks.
