Need Advice From Expert Mac Users

I use a macbook.........I read on this board if you hold down control and activate (roll) your mousewheel. you can enlarge your font, I tried it last night and it works! The font enlarged and it is much easier to see. Now, the problem is, I can't get the font size back to normal, any suggestions? It's probably something very simple. Thanks In advance.
