NEED HELP WITH TSV LG TRACFONE

I'm new to cell phones and Tracfone and need some help.

I can turn on Wi-Fi, but when I finally get the QVC website, it's too big for the screen and it boots me out. Is there a way to reduce the size? It's really slow in maneauvering through the website too... is that just a Tracfone thing?

How do I navigate online and how to make the website fit the screen. I would appreciate any help. I am sure I'll have more questions.

I found the activating part horrible. The CS kept giving me wrong information. It was crazy and wasted a lot of my time today.
