I am so upset my adult son has purchased two lap tops from QVC and neither of them worked. The first he sent back via GPS with a prepaid label that QVC sent to him. Bottom line is.... they never recieved it. Anyhow after much going back and forth. They refunded him his money. Then he ordered another...... That didn't work. They told him to send it back so he went in to the web and printed off his own prepaid label. He sent that one back from the same Post Office. GUESS WHAT they never got that one back either.
QVC won't refund him his money and have frozen his account. They have no proof that he printed off the label. Now he is liable for the cost of the laptop which he doesn't have because. it was sent back. He can't afford to pay this or have his credit damaged.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? He is going to the Post Office today to speak to Management. I would appreciate any help. Does he have any recourse from the Post Office. As you all know P.O. doesn't give you a receipt!!!!! Which I have always worried about when sending anything back. HELP!!!!!
