My e-mail addresses are getting hacked

A while back people from my e-mail address book was getting sent links coming from my address that had a virus attatched. I deleted my address book and it work for a while. Now today they or it is sending links to people or businesses I have recently sent e-mail to. The only reason I know is because I always get a few e-mails in my box that say undeliverable. And then I can see who they sent that link to. What can I do about this? And what is causing it?
