Is it possible to have worn out a usb connect mouse?  I've been having problems with highlighting, dragging items, etc.

LOL, no......I really need to know if I need to replace this "mind of it's own" mouse.

If you have a cat look inside for cat hair. Try a different port on the computer. They are inexpensive to replace, mice.

yes it is possible,

I would just get a new mouse, they are cheap.

happygal......thank you, thank you.......I changed ports.  Now I'm the happy galWoman Very Happy

 

I knew if I visited this Electronics forum I'd get help!  Not to mention I stumble on a tip or two along the way.  Really like this forum!
