I know this probably belongs somewhere but ..;...... Since fashion day in July my phone which is smart just not intelligent -- the LG500 cannot get the mobile site and for two years no problem (I know I need to upgrade) I bought the phone from HSN but the Q now is selling it.
The CR people gave me such a run around including one person telling me I didn't buy my phone through them sooo that means you can't support it. Mind you it was just a heads up to their Techies that I was having problems and with the Christmas shows coming they might want to check it out. Instead I had a "*** contest" with the Customer Rep before an adult came on and said they would pass it along.
That was two weeks ago -- my phone tells me the pages are too large and to go to mobile site -- I have deleted and called up under every name they recommend -- so I guess they don't want my impulse buys at christmas. Well thanks for letting me vent and have a good day -- and suggestions from you people would be helpful.
