Missing Dell Notebook Software Bundle

My Dell Laptop arrived week plus ago and still havent received bonus software bundle. Called Customer Service at Q and no explanation and have never heard of this problem before. (Right) Sent request up to "corporate". Has anyone else experienced this if so, how was it resolved?
