Microsoft Office 2010

I just got a new laptop that came with the trial version of Microsoft Office 2010. I havent even looked at it yet, because we have Office Home and Student 2007 and for what I would use it for, it's fine for me.

My question, do I need to uninstall 2010 and then install the older version?
