Malwarebytes with Kaspersky

I have Kaspersky Antivirus on my computer and wondering if I need anything else. An article I read suggested Malwarebytes. Being a "computer dummy" I'm not sure if this is advisable and can be used with KAV.

If it should be used with KAV, where do I download Malwarebytes from and what settings will I need to do.

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated......thanks!
