Macbook to Ipad transfer

Would ALL of my info (photos, passwords, favorites, etc.) on my MacBook transfer to an Ipad if I updated to the ipad instead of another MacBook Air?

everything that is in your Apple ID will show up on your apple devices, when you use  the cloud
