Costco sells the new M1 Chip for 749.00 Apple sells for 999.99.  Has anyone purchased an Apple device from Costco and other than the price savings what would be the difference?

As long s the business is an authroized Apple reseller, like Best Buy and Costco, the answer is nothing.  I bought my iMac from Apple because there was a shortage and it was faster from them.

How much is the price difference?  And yes, the M2 chip is newer.

@Sooner Go to the Apple website.  MacBook Air is now available in the 13" with the M1 or the new M2 chip.  MacBook Air is also available in a 15" size with the M2 chip.

@bargainsgirl, when I think about buying Apple products from Costco, I think about two things.  You get 2% back using the credit card they accept and they offer an alternative to Apple Care in terms of warranty if you wish to purchase.  I haven't checked recently but in the past their warranties have provided broader coverage than Apple Care.  I am in Canada fyi.
